Request an Appointment

BOOKS ARE NOW CLOSED. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY FORMS UNTIL books reopen dec 2021. You will not RECEIVE a reply while books are closed. 

  • ALL CLIENTS- regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask during the entire appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited deposit and cancelled appointment. 
  • My schedule has also been cut down to 3 days per week to limit exposure to clients, and to allow deep cleaning weekly. Before and after every appointment, the studio is sanitized.
  • No guests will be permitted in the studio, so please come alone.

All clients will receive a touchless thermometer temp check, followed by hand sanitizing. Clients must wear a mask for the entire duration of the appointment. Only reusable/cloth, surgical, n-95 type masks will be permitted. No bandanas, no gaiters, no shields without a mask. 

I’m glad to hear you’d like to request an appointment! Please fill out the request form below to the best of your ability. Please keep in mind I am answering hundreds of emails on my own, collecting deposits, and tattooing when my books open. It may take me a couple days to get back to you, but please keep an eye on your email as I will reply even if I am unable to accept you as a client at this time. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours of my reply, I will continue moving down the list and you will lose your place in line. 

PLEASE double check the spelling of your return email address. SO MANY PEOPLE WRITE .CON instead of .COM and then your reply will not be delivered to you!  And please, include a detailed description of what you’re looking for. If you have a budget you’re looking to stay within, please feel free to include that as well! I also need to know if you have any surrounding tattoos in the area you’re looking to get your new tattoo done.
